An adolescent suspected of opening fireplace Sunday at a flea market within the Houston space, killing a juvenile, has turned himself in, police in Pearland, Texas, mentioned.
David Negrete, 19, is being held within the Brazoria County Jail. He turned himself in round 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
